A big, warm hug once again from Portugal!
EB 2,3/S Cunha Rivara is situated in Arraiolos, a small village famous for its tapestry: Arraiolos Rugs. Arraiolos is in Alentejo which is near Évora, the very beautiful World Heritage city.

In 2009, Portugal sung the traditional song, "Menina estas a janela" and it finished in 19th= position.School "Vladimir Streinu" Teiu is situated in southern Romania at a distance of 30 miles of city Pitesti, tulips’city, in Teiu village. Includes primary school cycle and secondary education cycle with a total of 100 children. Teiu School has a long history and strong bearing the name of a great Romanian poet “Vladimir Streinu”. In 2009, the school children sang the song "It's a Wonderful World" which took them to 24th= in the contest.
Our school is in a middle-sized town near Toledo. It's a small school with only 208 children. The class that will take part is 6th grade (11-12). There are 26 children and they are very interested on the project. Thanks a lot and best wishes to all countries taking part! Last year Spain's entry finished in 27th position.
Grimsås school represents Sweden for the 2nd year running. It is a quite small school, with about 90 pupils in the ages from 6 - 13. It is a countryside school in the south part of Sweden, 120 km from Gothenburg.
In 2009, Sweden's song was a lovely melody, which finished in 19th= position.

Turkey's representative again is Nazire Merzeci Ilkogretim Okulu, situated in İzmir which is the third biggest city of our country. It has a lot of tourist attractions and it is famous for its seaside. Our school was established 18 years ago. It is very large, it has about 1800 students aged 6-14. They are divided into two parts - the primary level (6-11) and the lower-secondary level (11-14). We love singing and look forward to trying to beat our position of 10th in 2009. Good luck everybody!

Llangewydd Junior School is a large Junior School (7 - 11 year olds), on the West side of Bridgend in South Wales, about half way between Swansea and Cardiff. We are really pleased to be part of Schoolovision again and we hope to represent our country well. We also hope to improve on our position of 16th in 2009! Canu'r dydd a canu'r nos!
