AUSTRIA - "Die lustigen Hammerschmiedgsölln" (The jolly blacksmith assistants)

Our contribution is a traditional Austrian folk-song.
Bettina, the Native-Speaker of our school helped us to translate the lyrics :
We are the jolly blacksmith assistants we can go away, we can stay,
we can do as we like.
Whether we are black(dirty) or white(clean)
doesn`t matter as long as we can wash ourselves.
So blacksmiths hammer as you please
and when we`ve hammered enough we`ll be quiet.

Our vocalists and dancers are 6 years old - the chickens of the school!
Greetings and good luck to you!!!!
